Washington doesn’t have a policy problem.
It has a method problem.
For decades, the establishment has treated the act of governing as managing symptoms.
A property insurance crisis? Draft a narrow subsidy.
A border collapse? Propose a temporary fix.
A failing education system? Build another bureaucracy.
Sixteen bills for sixteen crises.

I will strike the primary root of federal overreach—its lawless, concentrated power… so we can secure the table for American life.
This protocol is designed to secure our lives across four pillars:
One: Familial Security. Securing the family against federal overreach.
Two: Economic Security. Securing our prosperity from predatory systems.
Three: Environmental Security. Securing our inheritance through true stewardship.
Four: Political Security. Securing our Constitution, our sovereignty, and our right to govern ourselves.
But these pillars cannot stand on a corrupted foundation.
Therefore, the Strike-Secure Protocol begins by executing three structural moves to restore that foundation:
1. The REINS Act: To restore the Legislative power stolen by the bureaucracy. Congress will write the laws. No more regulation-by-decree.
2. The Administrative Independence Act: To restore the Judicial power stolen by the bureaucracy. You will get your day in a real court, not a federal agency’s star chamber.
3. The Bill of Rights Restoration: To restore the power stolen from you. To explicitly bar federal agencies from infringing on your speech, your worship, your arms, and your privacy.
These are not sixteen new programs. They are three structural strikes at a single, diseased root: the unconstitutional consolidation of power. Collapse that, and you do not solve one crisis—you solve nine. You liberate the energy, genius, and dignity of the American people.
This is the choice.
More of the same managerial decline… or a new covenant of restoration.
